With a fully mobile service, I assess your home's acoustics and fine tune your hearing aids so they perform well in your daily surroundings. I can also demonstrate hearing aids and listening accessories – such as TV connectors and microphone systems – so you can experience their benefits in your home.
During the fitting appointment I spend time to ensure that you feel confident and comfortable using your new hearing aids. If you live in a care facility and need help to manage the hearing aids, I will liaise with the staff (and your family as appropriate) to ensure that they understand what is involved.
“Rediscover the joy of listening”

For people new to wearing hearing aids or those who are upgrading to new technology, it can take time for your brain to adjust to processing new sounds.
Rather than fitting hearing aids and sending you on your way, I deliver a holistic approach to hearing rehabilitation by offering listening (aural) training. Once your hearing aids are fitted, I can guide you through a structured listening training programme to help you get the most from your hearing aids and help your brain adapt to and interpret the new sounds. See Aural Training for more information.
Your hearing journey doesn’t end once your hearing aids are fitted – I'm committed to supporting you throughout your hearing journey. You’ll have a two-month trial period to determine if the devices are right for you. Once you’re satisfied with your hearing, you can choose to continue regular maintenance visits throughout the year – or schedule appointments as needed.
