About me

I am a fully qualified MNZAS Audiologist with over 20 years of experience.

I hold a Master's in Audiology with Distinction and a Bachelor of Speech-Language Therapy from the University of Canterbury and have spent two decades working in Christchurch and Canterbury clinics. I established my mobile clinic to improve access to care for those with transport or mobility challenges in care homes and have also extended my services to include wider Canterbury towns.

After witnessing significant changes in the Audiology industry, I am pleased to return to a more holistic approach to Audiology - enhancing hearing and listening wellbeing.

Alongside clinical work, I have been a clinical supervisor throughout my career and currently serve as an examiner for the New Zealand Audiological Society.

In my earlier career as a Speech-Language Therapist, I worked with patients with neurological conditions in Christchurch Hospital and London hospitals.

I continue to have a keen interest in neurological conditions and the auditory processing challenges associated with them. I also have a strong interest in the connection between hearing loss, healthy ageing and brain health. To support this, I offer Aural Training to enhance hearing treatment and help reduce the cognitive load associated with hearing loss.
